He currently serves as a Board Member of MOBI.E, S.A. for the 2022-2024 term.

Previously, he was Chairman of the Board of Directors of MOBI.E, S.A. from 2014 to 2019. Earlier in his career, he held board positions at INTELI — Innovation Intelligence, Innovation Center, and SGORME, S.A. — Electric Mobility Network Operations Management Company, where he represented the Portuguese State.

Between 2005 and 2009, he worked as an Advisor to the Secretary of State for Industry and Innovation, focusing on Innovation, Industrial Policy, Cluster Policy, Financial Support Instruments for Businesses, and Foreign Economic Policy. During this time, he was also a member of the Monitoring Committee for the Operational Program “Competitiveness Factors” and the Regional Operational Programs of DREN. Prior to these roles, he was R&D Director and Senior Project Manager at INTELI, where he specialized in Industrial and Innovation Policy, Organizational Learning, and Cluster Policies.

He holds a Master’s Degree in Engineering, Technology Management, and Innovation Policy, as well as a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering, both earned at IST — Instituto Superior Técnico, University of Lisbon.
